Astrea Real Estate Developers Pvt., a subsidiary of The Phoenix Mills Ltd., has acquired five land-owning entities in Coimbatore for ₹370 crore. The company plans to build a greenfield retail development project in Coimbatore as part of its strategy to add one million square feet of retail space every year.
